Fear around the state of the world, not having enough food (or toilet paper!) and fear about our access to healthcare being compromised, among other things.
This is why I created the Navigating Uncertainty Four Week Individual Support Intensive.

I’m here to help you downregulate your nervous system, so you hopefully can get a deep breath and sleep through the night.
We can work through your uncomfortable, difficult and really heavy emotions you’re feeling, and help you release your stress.
I can offer ways to help shift your energy from anxious, fearful energy to energy of gratitude and peace. We can discuss ways to navigate the healthcare system, and make plans for upcoming appointments as needed.
None of us were given a roadmap for navigating this time, but I have a surplus of tools to help you..
